Phoenix-based photographer Jamie Williams has been busy shooting a national ad campaign for the Arizona Office of Tourism:
The ad agency was Moses Anshell and through her assignment, Jamie learned a few nuggets of wisdom about her home state. For one, in Arizona it’s illegal to refuse a person a glass of water. It’s also illegal to walk through a Phoenix hotel lobby with spurs on. So don’t get any funny ideas on your next visit.
Additionally, Williams recently shot the cover of the worldwide destination guide for the Scottsdale Convention & Visitors Bureau (below right). The car that the models are sitting in is a 1966 Shelby Cobra from the Barrett Jackson Auction Company. The car only had 1700 miles on it and was valued at $1 million!
At left above is an image that Jamie shot for a national ad campaign for Miraval Resort, one of Oprah Winfrey’s “favorite things” and consistently rated #1 Destination Spa by SpaFinder Magazine, Travel & Leisure and Conde Nast Traveler. So who says Wonderful Machine doesn’t give you travel tips?
