Kristyna Archer: A Wonderfilled World

Graham crackers, Ritz and Oreos- Oh my! Los Angeles-based director, photographer, and creative director Kristyna Archer recently utilized these yummy snacks in a campaign for Adweek featuring Dana Anderson, the SVP of marketing at Mondelez International. Kristyna was involved in every aspect— from creative direction to shooting to post-production:

The photo editor came to me with a broad description of wanting to create quirky, fun, playful portraits of Dana incorporating their snack food brands.  I concepted out 3 different executions and she chose one.  The idea she liked was creating backdrops of the snacks and having Dana do some action with the product in front of the backdrop.  Ironically, after playing around with everything, they ended up liking a solid colored backdrop. I really think the graham cracker, Ritz, and Oreo backgrounds made for some interesting texture and great outtakes so will show those on my site.  It was a lot of fun and also great to have some creative control- loved working with them!
