Analytics: August 2014

The door has closed on a successful summer here at Wonderful Machine! My inbox was constantly alerting me with new work from our members this summer, which is always great to see. August capped off with a good amount of Wonderful Machine traffic as well. The search site saw 13,407 sessions and 17,798 pageviews, with the number of new sessions up 22% from this time last year.

The blog generated 16,945 sessions and 64,878 pageviews in August, with the average session duration up 70% from this time last year. That means people are coming to the site and staying there, which is great!

Below are the location sources for the search site. 69% came from the US, followed by Canada, United Kingdom, Germany and France.

Below are our top 10 clicked photographers from August. In the number one spot is Kevin Necessary, followed by Kayoua Xiong, Gareth Brown, Martin Bauendahl and Chris Sembrot.
