As a corporate and portrait photographer, Viviane Wild was more than suited for her assignment for We Love X GmbH. The advertising agency found the Berlin-based photographer’s website via a Google search. Once they saw her images — which also included lifestyle photography, hospitality photography, and more — they were confident she could accurately depict their team in the workplace.
In preparation for the shoot, Viviane visited the Berlin office of We Love X GmbH with her contact partner. Together, they worked out a plan that would fulfill the company’s wishes and requirements. The ultimate goal was to photograph genuine moments of an average work day, using real employees as subjects.
Since the project took place during a height of COVID, everyone was masked before stepping in front of the camera. The session spanned eight hours, but within that time, Viviane had to implement fifteen motifs. With the help of her two assistants, she achieved two per hour, re-setting the light for each one.
Sometimes we only had 15 minutes to set up and take down. It was very good that I had seen the location beforehand and therefore knew how to set the light.
Our team consists of international and highly motivated professionals who are passionate about performance marketing. We love to work on ambitious projects in a well-structured but agile environment with short decision paths. Flexible working hours, mobile offices as well as remote work enable us to maintain a healthy work-life balance.

The employees felt at home in each motif because they could give an insight into their daily work and didn’t have to act.
The nature of the photo shoot as well as Viviane’s thoughtful planning and approach created a level of ease throughout the process.
It was clear in advance who had to be where and when and how much time we needed for dismantling and assembly.
Since Viviane’s work often focuses on corporate branding, she is accustomed to capturing authentic portrayals of individuals in their environments. The subjects in these instances tend to bring high energy to photo shoots, as they are excited to open the door — to let others see into their day,
