We sent each email to a separate group of clients, totaling 6820 successful deliveries to unique clients. This month, we had an average open rate of 24.9%, and we recieved a total of 96 clicks.
At the start of summer, we started to see a slight decline in engagement with our emailers. Because of this, we’ve been experimenting with our sending times to try to maximize on when most people would be in the office and would be receptive to fresh material. So far, our change in sending times is proving to be a good thing, as Cameron Karsten’s emailer, the first one sent at the new time, received almost twice as high of a click rate as the previous few emailers.
