Guide: Wonderful at Work

We’re pleased to announce that we have launched a new Instagram account!

Wonderful at Work is where we’ll share projects that our consultants and producers are working on, plus we’ll mix in useful tips from our staff, or any other information that we think could help our photographers.

Even though it was tempting to share this content with the 16k followers on our main account, since Instagram gets saturated with content so easily and since we wanted our primary account to stay focused on promoting our member photographers to prospective clients, we decided it was best to create a separate feed. And as our consulting and production services have grown over the years, we have a lot of content to share!

Photographers need a combination of talent, hard work, and strategic thinking to succeed in this competitive business. Wonderful Machine is dedicated to helping photographers thrive and Wonderful at Work is where we’ll feed you a steady stream of industry insights. Our consultants work with photographers every day to help them hone their skills, develop their brand, and create portfolios that showcase their work. Through our [email protected] IG account, we’ll curate our Intel blog to share the stories behind those projects and offer inspiration as well as practical tips and insights into the industry.

To make it easy for photographers to access the articles, we link to them in our bio through Linktree. This will allow viewers to quickly find the information they need. Whether they’re looking for advice on marketing or insights into the creative process, they will know where to find it. When we post to our Instagram stories, we also link to the first and last image of the carousel. This ensures that photographers can easily navigate to the full article and get the most out of the information we’re sharing.

We believe that Instagram is the most important platform for photographers to connect with the industry as well as share their work.
