Print Mailer: Get Hooked

Go fish! Anytime I’ve ever heard such an expression, I’ve either been playing a card game or receiving an opinion about dinner menu options. It’s a different story for San-Francisco-based Erin Kunkel, whose salmon fishing image appears on our November print mailer. Printed by Modern Postcard and sent to nearly 2,970 creatives across the country, this fun portrait was taken during Erin’s travels and appears in her Wanderlust portfolio. She told us a bit about it:

This is a shot from a personal project in British Columbia. I had just finished a shoot in BC for Sunset magazine, and my husband came up to meet me for a surf and fishing trip in the cold–remote waters off of Vancouver Island. This shot is of a local guide at the fishing lodge after an epic day of salmon fishing.
