Print Mailer: Photography In Another Dimension

BY Wonderful Machine 4 October 2013
Intel, Wonderful Machine News, Published, Wonderful Machine News

It’s officially October, which means a few things: jacket weather, football games, Halloween, and pumpkin-flavored everything (depending on where you live, I suppose.) Here at Wonderful Machine, we like to step outside the box. Which is why for this month’s print mailer design, we decided to disregard photographs of pie and multi-colored leaves. The work of Brooklyn-based Drew Reynolds is colorful, hip, and interesting – as are many of the musicians, bands, and individuals he takes portraits of.

Originally a Tastee Records press shoot, Drew photographed Chicago sci-fi punk band, The Earth Program. Pictured here is band member Christopher Mondo, who does, in fact, wear these 3D glasses while performing live. Drew described the shoot as low-key–just three fun dudes, himself and a camera having a blast.
