Print Mailer: We’re Easy

BY Wonderful Machine 22 November 2011
Intel, Wonderful Machine News, Published, Wonderful Machine News

by Peter Clark

Instead of using traditional Thanksgiving imagery for our November print promo, we decided to change things up a bit and get a little frisky. Printed by our friends at Modern Postcard, November’s card is an image shot by our own Chicago-based photographer Tim Klein. The promo went out to thousands of clients and let them know that finding great photographers with Wonderful Machine, is well, easy.

Tim was kind enough to fill us in a little bit on the shot and the concept behind it:

The shot is from a photo party I threw at my apartment. I periodically throw up a back drop in my living room and invite interesting people over to photograph them. The people kissing in the photo are a real couple. My goal was to capture a glimpse of their relationship. The concept wasn’t planned, it was a spontaneous moment.
