Arizona-based photographer Steve Craft photographed 15 doctors for Phoenix Magazine’s 2018 Top Doctors issue, including the above photograph featured on the cover.
To get images of all the doctors, Steve sets up a seamless in the magazine’s sales department, and they shoot around the doctor’s schedules. The team has found it easier to set up and have each doctor stop by the magazine for the shoot instead of travelling around to 15 different offices with all the photo gear to get the portraits.
Steve has enjoyed a long-standing working relationship with Phoenix Magazine.
Prior to shooting my first Top Docs issue, the art director told me that they never use the same photographer two years in a row so as I enter my 7th year in a row, I think I must be doing something right.
