I have two passions, food and design. And when I have the opportunity to work with a photographer that shoots delicious images, it makes my work-flow even sweeter. I was recently able to work with one of our member photographers Heather Anne Thomas from Beall + Thomas, a duo based in Tennessee.
Chris Sommers is one of our member photographers based in Israel, and recently she came to us for a web template customization. Primarily a reportage and portraiture photographer, her work gives an inside look to cultures around the world from Mexico to China and back.
Frantic Studio, a production company based in Brooklyn, New York choose Wonderful Machine for a total branding overhaul. For this web template customization and web edit installment, we looped in our awesome senior photo editor, Sean Stone.
After digesting our analysis and advice, Scott decided to move forward with several of our consulting services: a Logo Refinement, Web Edit, Web Template Customization, (and later on) Print Edit and Emailer Design. I teamed up with our senior photo editor Sean Stone to get the job done, and I got to work on Scott’s logo while Sean tackled the web edit.
Back in November, Wonderful Machine’s Marketing Manager Ann MacMullan worked with Bisbee, Arizona-based photographer István Vizner on a Branding and Marketing Plan. István had just relocated from Switzerland and was looking for help getting his bearings in the North American photography market. After evaluating István’s website and marketing materials, Ann presented him with ideas for marketing to a new audience. After discussing István’s goals for the future, he chose to move forward with me on a new Web Portfolio Edit as well as a Web Template Customization with Senior Designer Melissa Ginsiorsky.
Javier Pierini is one of our member photographers based in Buenos Aires, Argentina. In his first consulting venture with us, Javier was looking to reevaluate his marketing materials, to see what he was doing well and what needed improvement.
Tanit Sakakini is a commercial photographer and aspiring director based in Los Angeles. Her work is completely unique, attention-grabbing, and you can’t help but be sucked in to the surreal world she creates. Tanit came to us wanting to re-evaluate her portfolio website and entire online presence. After some thought, she decided to move forward with a Web Template Customization, followed by a blog customization. I was excited to work with Tanit because she’s extremely passionate and has a vision all her own.
Rich Fleischman, a Minneapolis-based food and portrait photographer, realized that his logo and website could both use a fresh perspective. Being a few years old, his site wasn’t up to current web standards, either. With all of this in mind, Rich decided to move forward with a Graphic Identity and a Web Template Customization.
When last we spoke about our terrific food photographer from Tennessee, Stephanie Mullins, she had just completed a graphic identity and was also sporting a solid photo edit–well on her way to a web template customization. Now, I’m back to share the stunning results.
