Hi, I’m Kamil. I’m a photographer living and working in Vancouver, BC. I’m available for editorial, advertising, and personal commissions worldwide. I hold Canadian and EU passports. My photographic practice is centered around many things that don’t quite make perfect sense in my brain, such as the how and why of colour densities, how does the process itself influence the final photograph, and how to intersect graphic art with the visceral documentary experience. So when I’m working, I’m usually thinking about all these things at once. I’m currently particularly interested in projects that hold cultural or environmental significance, be they in advertising, editorial, or personal art. But I’m not saving any lives, so all that to say, I love my work, and I have a lot of fun with it.

Cathlin is a Photographer and Art Director based in Austin, Texas who loves photographing people, and you get the sense that her portraits are challenging you with an achingly beautiful question about life you can’t put into words. She’s inspired by shadows and light, that kinetic energy you can feel on your skin, and a sentimental longing that connects us all. Cathlin is a mama to two children who are often depicted in her photographs. She grew up on a lake in Iowa, and her adventure heart never quit those big open skies. Today she enjoys surfing whenever possible, which is almost never (land-locked in Texas). Her friends call her brave and scrappy, and her work weird. She thinks they should get out more.

Alicia Stepp is an internationally published, award-winning fashion, beauty and portrait photographer.
At an early age, Alicia adopted fashion as a form of self-expression, and when she was gifted a Polaroid camera in the early ‘80’s, she discovered her ability to capture life’s moments and tell personal stories through photography. Her work today reflects that same sense of visual fascination and play combined with a sophisticated sensibility that allows her work to straddle the commercial and editorial line. Her images are elevated but fun, with adventurous moments and emotional stories living side-by-side with clean, structured silhouettes that reveal her instinctive understanding of color, light, and form.
Ten years as a graphic designer helped her develop and hone the aesthetic sensibility that inspired her to launch a career in photography in 2007. Her engaging images are a testament to her natural ability to establish a genuine connection with her subjects. After earning a BFA in Photography from The Art Institute, Alicia worked in production assistance and marketing research and has over a decade of experience in the industry–from art direction and production to scouting, lighting, and casting.

Will Crooks here. I am a transplant to the South via that Midwest who has been here long enough to call it home. The process of making a portrait whether it is a snapshot of my friends and family or an editorial assignment at my studio is endlessly fascinating to me. The mix of technical skill, empathy, and focus needed to create an iconic yet nuanced portrait keeps me making images every single day.
The last four years I worked as the Visual Director at the Community Journals before launching my own photography business. I spent my days photographing editorial content and providing art direction for various publications under Community Journals brand.
These days I find myself creating narrative driven photographs for editorial and commercial clients. Coming from a background in publications I make images that speak to the deeper story each brand is telling with their product or service.

Urs Bigler had an early insight into the world of photography, having been “brought up” in his father’s studio. He is constantly looking for new challenges in his commercial and personal projects.
Urs’ diverse artistic style has ensured that he has been included in Lürzer’s Archive ‘200 Best Ad Photographers Worldwide’ in recent years, and has been nominated several times for the AOP Awards.
I was born and raised in sunny Southern California, went to IT school, and graduated with a B.S. in Network and Communications Management. I worked in the IT industry in California and Japan for a short time when I realized this is not for me. The decision to leave that secure full-time job in IT, even when more money was offered to stay, was a choice that not many people would probably endeavor. I wanted a life and that’s what photography has given me.
My passion for pictures turned into a career that I never thought possible in a foreign country that still amuses and confuses me until this day. I’m surrounded by wonderful people all over the world and often find myself getting on planes more than usual, creating pictures for myself and viewers like you.
Believe it or not, but I suck at Photoshop, which is why my work is, what it is. Just clean, simple and straightforward storytelling. I guess you could say I’m most regarded as being a photographer rather than a digital artist.

"I am made up of everything I have seen", said Matisse at the end of his life, and this beautiful turn of phrase describes the way Irene Peña goes about crafting a picture. Through her untamed images runs a deep river of knowing and seeing, of filling up her mind with dresses, light and shadow, movement and haze. The photographer’s craft reaches back in time from the precise moment an idea came to be, sometimes in collaboration with a designer or an artist. Irene takes that idea and develops it with the trained eye of an editor: backgrounds, locations, lighting, models, colors, and poses begin to fall into place. There is always a pleasure in rediscovering her images once the shoot is over; in this new calm she continues her work of acutely observing, every little square a possibility of beauty.
Born in Costa Rica, Irene began studying painting and graphic design, which morphed into a career in photography. She studied at Santa Monica College, in California, and after a stint as an advertising photographer, she turned to the world of fashion photography in Los Angeles. Right now, Irene is based in Costa Rica, where she continues her innovative work, using analog and digital cameras, with established designers and new Costa Rican talent.
