I was born in Omaha, Nebraska and am currently based in the Hartford area (Newington, CT to be exact), working as a freelance photographer for/with some great people. My location is ideal for regional travel within New England with convenient access to air travel for points beyond. With 15 years of full-time freelancing, my skills are transferable between news, portraits, enterprise, tv/film sets, sports, food and travel. I have experience efficiently working solo, successfully as part of a crew and leading a small creative team. For the past decade I’ve been a regular contributor to many national media publications/agencies. Prior to Connecticut I freelanced for five years in Las Vegas, another five in Nashville, yet another five in New York City and before that earned a Bachelor of Journalism from The University of Texas at Austin.
