In February, WonderfulMachine.com saw 19,350 sessions from 14,247 unique visitors (that puts our sessions up 12% over February 2017 and unique visitors up 15%). Total page views were up 4%, coming in at 61,248 for the month.
62% of our traffic came from the US, while the UK took second place with 1,184 sessions, and Canada followed with 939. We also would like to note two countries that have gained traction this month: Italy with 168 sessions and Spain with 154.
Profile views were down 15% from this time last year, with a total of 14,867, an average of 22 profile views per member. Top profiles included Patrick Strattner with 54 views, Scott Slusher with 42 views, and Deborah Jaffe with 41. We saw a total of 6,667 clicks (an average of 10 per member) this month, up 7% from this time last year. For the second month in a row, Gregory Miller had the most clicks (45). Following his lead was Tropico Photo with 43, and Erin Kunkel with 37 clicks.
In February, our client blog saw 6,366 views which is flat compared to last February. Our most popular post, with 232 views, was Chris Beauchamp’s project, Albinism & East Africa, detailing the New York City-based photographer’s trip to Africa to photograph an orphanage for children with albinism. The self-assigned project left Christopher with a growing knowledge of witchcraft in eastern African nations, and the people who suffer at the hands of ill-willed practitioners.
