Jeffrey Totaro: PDF Portfolio

Recently, I had the pleasure of teaming up with the awesome Morgan Kazanjian, to put together a PDF portfolio for one of our architectural photographers Jeffrey Totaro. Jeffrey had expressed interest in putting together a PDF portfolio so he could quickly send work to potential clients. After chatting with Jeffrey, our marketing specialists and Morgan, we came to the conclusion that it would be best if we created two PDF’s, one for Jeffrey’s commercial architecture work and one for his residential architecture work.

With that in mind, Morgan hit the ground running—read a little bit more about her process here. Once Morgan had finished up the edit, it was time to jump into the design. Right off the bat I knew I wanted to include the titles of each PDF on the cover page so it was easy to distinguish between the two. Another element that I knew needed to be included was Jeffrey’s branding. Here is a shot of the finished cover pages of both the Residential and the Commercial PDF’s.

Once we had the cover pages finished, it was time to jump into the interior pages. We decided to place Jeffrey’s logo on each page on the bottom left-hand side and placed his email on the bottom right-hand side. It's important to include some element of your branding on each page just in case one of the pages get separated from the rest. You can see a couple of the interior pages below.

Now that we had the cover pages and interior pages all finished up, it was time to address the contact page. We decided to include Jeffrey’s email, cell phone, office phone and location. Here is the contact page that was also the final page for both PDFs.

Once we had everything all finished up, it was time to start sending Jeffrey’s PDF out to potential clients. Click on the respective images below to view both PDF’s.
