Dan was commissioned by MOMO’s creative staff to document all of the amazing ingredients that the chef uses on a daily basis. The project even included a fishing trip up the North Sea.
Not only does the book cover the food that MOMO is known for, it also has a lifestyle feel, with the different aspects of such a busy restaurant, including the people, the service, the kitchen, and more.
Dan and his crew shot the whole book in just eight days, working from early morning until late at night.
