What happens when five Olympic athletes collaborate with five renowned artists to create swim caps all their own? A uniquely awesome fashion show.
Justin Bastien recently captured photo and video for this special project, which unveiled five new caps put out by Speedo. Olympic swimmers Ryan Lochte, Natalie Coughlin, Cullen Jones, Dana Vollmer and Nathan Adrien each collaborated with different artists to design and create a swim cap that meant something to them, from which the proceeds would benefit a charity of their choice. They then modeled them in and out of the water before they were released to the public.
Justin took a variety of photos, from underwater action shots to portraits on a white seamless. They do a great job of demonstrating the sheer power of these swimmers as well as the artistry on the caps.
