A few months ago Wendy Batara, marketing program manager at Modern Postcard, contacted me about working with their team on a direct mail campaign targeting approximately 15,000 commercial and studio photographers. You may remember our last collaboration with Modern Postcard: their 2012 calendar to clients where they used images from Wonderful Machine photographers. This time around, Wendy and her team were hoping to use images from both our own monthly print mailers and a couple from the 2012 calendar to create a nice Panoramic Fold promo that would appeal to photographers.

Modern has developed an acquisition program focused on helping several industries boost business using products geared towards their unique marketing needs. Our first launch to photographers has been well received and we anticipate increased response as we continue to reach out to this group.
