Walter Shintani: The New York Times
Mexico City-based photographer Walter Shintani recently worked on a project for The New York Times, covering a $5.5 million house near Puerto Vallarta, Mexico that includes features like an infinity pool and a view of the bay. Walter's photos captured the idea of "living architecture," which involves incorporating natural elements into a house such as trees growing through the deck, plants hanging down into the dining area, and a boulder resting against the bathroom counter.
I enjoyed the fact that it rained that night because I was able to capture some lightning.
