Stewart was born in Montreal inside an elevator during a snowstorm to an architect dad and an actress mom. Some say that this is how he got his discerning sense of shot design and a love of casting people. Although, none of this ever seemed relevant to him. Working out scenes at the dinner table for a solid 17 years while living at home, definitely left a mark on how he thinks. He gets a charge out of working with people from all walks of life, not only due to his upbringing but mostly due to his innate curiosity in hearing their stories and learning about what makes others tick. It was this curiosity that drove Stewart to create a monograph titled “Identity”, a biopic project featuring well known and unusual people. Each portrait in the book is combined with their own personally handwritten quotes, expressing their uniqueness & individuality. Walter Isaacson comments, "Each page will delight you, and also make you think. It’s a treasure.” Likewise, Stewart’s most recent title, “Seeing Red”, takes a fun jab at the urban myth of redheads becoming extinct.
For over a decade, I have had the opportunity to collaborate with a diverse array of clients as a photojournalist and commercial photographer. Documenting a wide variety of spaces, individuals, and experiences; from comfortable luxury venues with Fairmont Hotels to combat training in austere conditions with the Department of Defense. My approach to photography has been more of a process of self development rather than just treating it as a career—it’s about cultivating a sense of curiosity of the world, exploring outside my comfort zone, and connecting with people who I admire and find interesting. What I’m most interested in are opportunities to create work that is worth sharing and to help those who I collaborate with engage with their audience on a deeper, more human level.

Based in Vancouver, Noel Hendrickson is an internationally recognized commercial photographer. Known for his ability to spot the 'in-between' moments, Noel captures his subjects true emotions through his unique form of visual storytelling. Noel was born on the prairies where he developed an appreciation for the land, but the ocean is where his heart is. He lives on the mountain in Vancouver with his beautiful wife Christine, son Finn and their two pugs Phil and Allan.
Hi, I'm Kamil. I'm a photographer living and working on Vancouver Island – in the Tofino/ Ucluelet area. I hold Canadian and EU passports. I deliver artful and emotionally-rich images for advertising and editorial clients. My personal photographic practice is centered around colours, patterns, abstracts, and contrasts. So whether I'm shooting portraits or fashion, a brand campaign, or a travel story, these naturally weave themselves into the images. I'm currently enjoying my connection to the ocean, surfing daily, and being in a physically wild coastal environment. In the near future, I will be building a destination studio here on the west coast of Vancouver Island, to serve my personal artsy needs, but also those of clients. I love my work, and I have a lot of fun with it.
Ben is a professional commercial and editorial outdoor photographer based in Pemberton, British Columbia. It was a high school class that first led Ben to picking up a camera, and he immediately fell in a love with watching an image appear in the darkroom. It wasn’t long before this newfound love for photography merged with his passion for snowboarding and developed into documenting friends riding. Following graduation from Rochester Institute of Technology with a BFA in Professional Photo Illustration Advertising, the call of bigger mountains and deeper snow led Ben west. After a few years exploring the Wasatch Mountains in Utah, Ben followed his heart and immigrated to Canada, settling in the Coast Mountains of British Columbia. If you’re looking for Ben, he can most likely be found in the mountains, either working with elite athletes and global brands, or discovering and learning more about the environments that surrounds him.
ABOUT I fell into photography and into climbing at the same time, in my early twenties. The two fed each other: I had to climb bigger and wilder mountains so I would get better images, and I had to become a better photographer so I could do justice to the epic scenes unfolding in front of me. Over ten years ago now, I made the decision to drop out of my computer science studies and move to the climbing mecca of Chamonix to be a full time adventure photographer. I am grateful that photography has given me so many opportunities to live unique experiences. There are too many to list exhaustively, but highlights include sailing an expedition yacht around Cape Horn, being invited to an Ethiopian coffee ceremony in Dadaab Refugee Camp, photographing Usain Bolt at the Olympics, skiing to the North Pole, naming three (small) mountains in Greenland, adventure racing through Tierra del Fuego, climbing on K2 and getting winched from a rescue helicopter at night [1]. Though I have since branched out in other genres of photography, from portraiture to humanitarian, automotive and industrial work, I remain passionate about using the still image as a powerful tool to tell stories and convey emotions. I am also a problem solver at heart, used to dealing with the complicated logistics of shooting in wild places with unpredictable weather. And when the circumstances call for it, I have even been known to put on a producer hat. After some time in the Canadian Rockies, I now live near Halifax, Nova Scotia, in Atlantic Canada, with my wife and two children. I miss Chamonix too much to stay away for long, though, and frequently travel back to the French Alps.
This is usually the area where photographers pretentiously posture as if they just cured cancer. They talk about how they connect spiritually with their subjects or how they've been influenced by Pee Wee Herman. Whatever. I find it quite annoying. In that spirit, I'll keep my pitch short and sweet. Here's what you need to know about me. I have more than 30 years experience in newspaper, magazine and commercial photography. I was a director of photography for a midwest ad agency as well as for the Topeka Capital-Journal.I shared in a Pulitzer Prize at the Kansas City Star for its coverage of the Hyatt Skywalk Collapse in 1981. A small piece of it, but a Pulitzer nonetheless. I like to have fun. I ride a road bike a lot, and my family is my number one priority. I won't tolerate intolerance. I don't like it when people talk on their cell phones while driving. It's dangerous. I play the uilleann pipes. I went to law school with my daughter. But the most important things you need to know about me are: I am easy to work with, I don't take myself too seriously, and I produce great work on a budget and on deadline. And now, I'm a FAA Part 107 Certified Drone pilot offering photography from an aerial perspective, too.
I’m not a struggling musician [anymore]. But I did start my career photographing musicians and other creative and talented people. And since Creative and Talented People = Interesting Story, that makes my work easy—most of the time. Today my editorial and advertising clients still want the interesting story. I just tell it through my lens in a contemporary natural way. Real life moments, just … better. That’s what I do.
As a Kansas City-based commercial and editorial photographer, Steve Puppe’s freelance assignments range from food and environmental portraiture, to healthcare, agriculture and corporate photography. Living with his wife, two daughters and son outside the city, and with a studio in the Strawberry Hill area, Steve has stayed connected to the city where he’s spent much of his life. Steve’s interest in photography, like his connection to his hometown, has deep roots. With a painter for a mother, he was exposed to art at a young age, taking every art class available to him. He flirted with the paintbrush and the pencil, but it wasn’t until he received a camera that he fell in love. From his first high school photo class, Steve knew what he wanted to do with his life. While still a high school student, he had the good fortune of working with Hallmark Cards, which paired him with commercial photographers, and paid for his film and photo trips. Steve continued his photo studies at Kansas University, where he studied advertising and photojournalism. He also freelanced for Hallmark and commercial photographers on the side. Through Hallmark, Steve furthered his creative development, learning how to capture a diverse range of subjects from people to still life. He took that experience with him into a career in photojournalism, covering a variety of stories for notable papers. Eventually, Steve headed back to the studio, working as an in-house photographer at an ad agency. It was there that his degree in advertising gave came into play, giving him the insight to take on a wide array of clients and campaigns. Working as a graphic designer and photographer allowed Steve to take projects from conception all the way to the press check. Fast forward and nowadays, Steve combines that commercial experience with photojournalistic story telling shooting for notable clients like Cerner, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Humana, Sprint, Nike, Google, AT&T, Chrysler and IBM. When he’s not out on assignment, he’s cooking up some Kansas City BBQ, or taking pictures of his family because when Steve’s taking a picture, he’s happy.
A small town Arkansas native, JDP attended the University of Central Arkansas, earning a Bacherlor of Arts Degree in Communication. Having had success working with a political consulting firm and a digital curriculum company, he decided to leave the corporate world in 2012. It was then that he transitioned his passion for interpersonal communication, the human condition, and photography to a full time freelance photography career. He soon began to draw the attention of creative decision makers locally, regionally, and nationally. Known for a controlled sense of light and ability to quickly gain the trust of a wide range of subjects, JDP interjects a unique sense of humanity into his portraiture and is routinely praised for being a dynamic creative partner. In 2017, industry leader Profoto named JDP a "Legend of Light." JDP also served as the primary marketing photographer for the NBC Peacock Original documentary, “Black Boys,” released in 2020, and works closely with the social justice focused production company, Never Whisper Justice.
Commercial Photographer and Cinematographer: Jamie Orillion, a husband, and father, shoots digital for work and film for passion. As a graphic artist, he was always in need of better images than what was being provided by his clients. Thinking “how hard can it be” he purchased his first digital camera and a lighting kit and started shooting. Through constant testing, trial and error, along with a strong determination, Jamie was naturally directed to moving from a graphic design studio to the photography business that you see today. Fueled by quality, Jamie constantly strives for the highest quality work in both personal and professional projects. I'm fun and easygoing. I love being on a good set with great people. Let's be serious, but not take ourselves too seriously. Let's create! Here's the deal: Married my high school sweetheart; I have 6 kids; I love coffee; Sushi is always a good option; Old enough to know life before digital; I once played rugby in college and had no idea what I was doing; I can't remember if rugby was before or after a pink mohawk; Relationships over resources; Pictures are cool but people's stories are cooler; I love what I do; Specifics are important but I just want to shoot; Let's Connect.

I see pictures everywhere I go. And that's what makes life so interesting. After college, I was hired as a staff photography assistant. I learned so much assisting other photographers those first few years, and later as a retail product photographer. I quickly realized I loved the pace of photographing people. I began to show my book and started getting commercial assignments. I specialize in lifestyle and portrait photography as well as directing motion. I make polished, authentic pictures that viewers relate to. I like photographing people and collaborating with my subjects and other creative minds. No matter who it is or what it's for, I find a person's essence through his or her environment, an expression or attitude, or anything else I see. I help set the tone to get the right image. Many variables affect the outcome of a photograph; my job is to help shape them. Generations after me will be able to see exactly what I saw. I like knowing that. I'm still learning new things about my craft every day. And I still lug around the same camera bag I won at a photography workshop 30 years ago. I live in St. Paul, Minnesota with my wife, three children and our dog.

True story, I was named by the guy on the side of the Yogi Tea boxes. Regardless of my super cool Indian name, I am, in fact, not Indian at all. I am the grandson of a Minnesotan circus tight-rope walker and the nephew of a Virginian goat farmer. As a young boy, I lived in an ashram in New Mexico and spent my adolescence cleaning boat shops in the Pacific Northwest to afford my bicycle habit while racing cyclo-cross in Europe on the US national cycling team. I came to photography through the fermented horse milk fog of hitchhiking through Mongolia. At the age of twelve I learned that it is called the Pulitzer Prize and not, as I had long held to be true, the Pull It Surprise, which would later save me from many embarrassing moments, considering the grants I have received from the Pull It, I mean, Pulitzer Center. Upon completion of my graduate studies in photography at Syracuse University, I moved to Istanbul, where I spent much of my time trying to mentally will my phone to ring with glamorous and exciting assignments. Yadda yadda yadda now I live in Madison, Wisconsin with my wife and our adorable kitty, Earl Greyscale. Some times I enter awards and sometimes I win some, like American Photography and even an Addy. But to date my crowning achievement has been exhibiting my Lands in Limbo project at the Madison Museum of Contemporary Art.

Dan Anderson has worked for The European PressPhoto Agency, New York Times, ESPN.com, Thompson Reuters and Agence France-Press. Based in Wisconsin and Washington D.C., I’m a sports and portraiture photographer who’s work is influenced by presenting the world of sports in a unique way — documenting the professional athletes as they are. In a sporting event, the most memorable moments often happen out of reach, miles from audience seats. This is when I get to photograph relatable portraits of athletes, human with feelings, allowing for fans or viewers to feel like they’re an intimate part of any sport. I served as the official team photographer for the NHL’s Washington Capitals for nearly 10 years, and was the staff photographer for MLB’s Washington Nationals baseball team. From covering almost every sporting event from the Olympics and IRONMAN, to the 2018 Stanley Cup Finals, my passion and artistry stems from my interest in conveying the power of emotions on and off the playing field. When I’m not in a stadium, you can find me running, traveling and spending time with my family and teacup yorkie Gus.
