In March we sent out a Spotlight Emailer featuring Brand Narrative photographer, Myles McGuinness, and his recent project with Visit Napa Valley. Check it out below:
We sent this emailer out to 2,431 clients, with 2,321 (95.5%) successful deliveries. The email averaged an open rate of 25.9% which is on par with our 26% list average and above the industry average of 18.2%. It’s great to see our clients actively engaging with the emailer. Our click rate is down slightly from previous emailers at .5%, and this can be attributed to a change in emailer design. We switched out one of our image blocks for a text block, making for a more descriptive preview in browsers, but less click real estate upon opening the email. We will be tweaking the design over the next few email cycles in order to account for this, so stay tuned for those reports!
