From travel to tech, our April Stock Requests differed in their subject matter but maintained a colorful outlook across the board.
We received one unmanaged request (meaning the photographer negotiated usage themselves) from our friends at Travel + Leisure and a second unmanaged request from the journalistic giants at The New York Times.
Travel + Leisure continued their summer requests, by asking for images of coastal Maryland restaurants — surely The Hobbit Restaurant evokes all things flowers and feasts — for use in their upcoming August issue.
Our second request came from The New York Times, for an image of former chief designer at Apple, Jony Ive (if you don’t know him he introduced colorful macs in the 90s and colorful iPhones in the 2010s). This request was for use in their article “How Technocrats Triumphed at Apple,” for one-time editorial use.
