The month of May brought forth a decrease in impressions but an increase of email clicks. Overall, the goal is to get more people to reach out to Wonderful Machine in all types of ways. So increasing email clicks is our main concern. In May we saw 200 more clicks.
One of the latest optimizations was an automated bid strategy. After a set amount of data from Google and our ad campaigns we can give Google control over what cost we should be spending for what ad placement, and in the end saving more money so that we can place more ads for our photographers. Here is our current Google Ad optimization score.
This month we saw 472 email contacts from the “Find Photographers” page, 132 email contacts to our production page, and 1,194 email contacts to general places all over the website. All in all a nice increase for last month. I’m happy with how the ad campaign has landed these past months.
The demographics of this month’s ad campaign are similar to previous months. The younger ages are more prominent, and women constitute the majority.
A successful month of web ads and I’m hopeful to see the changes next month with our new automated budgeting system in place.
