In September, Wonderful Machine received stock requests from Condé Nast Traveller and AARP’s The Ethel Magazine. Both were unmanaged stock requests, which means the photographer negotiated the usage of the images on their own. We also received a managed stock request from Rise Creative Studios, for a healthcare client.
Condé Nast Traveller was in need of travel or photojournalism images of the Limpopo province/river area in South Africa, as well as images featuring any areas of The Ivory Coast, to be used as holding shots with a jewelry feature in a December watch & jewelry supplement. The request was for one-time print editorial use.
AARP’s e-newsletter The Ethel was seeking images of colorful, and unique images of Indian tea as an article opener, entitled “Have Tea with Me: The centuries-old tradition remains a global ritual,” in an upcoming issue. The request was for one-time web editorial use.
Rise Creative Studios reached out in need of video footage for a healthcare client. The scenes needed to feature various family lifestyle scenes that focused on special moments and embraces between loved ones. The request was for unlimited use (including Broadcast) for five years from first use.
