Member Open House: Time to Switch to GA4

Wonderful Machine SEO Specialist Josip Hotovec and Project Manager Marianne Lee hosted a Member Open House in preparation for Google’s switch to the new version of Analytics, GA4.

Starting July 1, GA4 will replace Universal Analytics. In order to continue collecting valuable information about the volume, sources, and paths of visitors to your website, you’ll need to create a new Google Analytics property and update some settings on the back end of your site.

Josip demonstrated the process of implementing these changes on WordPress, Squarespace, and PhotoFolio platforms. He also answered questions from our audience, regarding the update and analytics in general.
