When virtual schooling became commonplace as a result of the pandemic, Milwaukee-based commercial and editorial photographer Kat Schleicher’s intimate family photos turned into a self-assigned project enabling her to document her family’s unique, shared experiences during this pivotal time in their lives.
I was lucky enough to start working with Kat when she became a member of the site. After looking at her site and work I had a few ideas on how she could improve her presentation to better attract clients not only in Milwaukee, but in Chicago as well.

Here’s what’s new with Wonderful Machine’s client outreach! In May, Julia outreached to 4,621 prospects, made 33 connections, 15 scheduled capabilities calls, and sent 6 bids/proposals.
Despite it being a short month, February is a great month for connections. With January’s vacationers back at work, our producers continued to make contact with creatives and art buyers, building on January’s momentum.
