When Fort Mill, SC-based photographer Chris Edwards wanted a new logo for his photography business, he reached out to Wonderful Machine consultant Ryan Currier for help. He wanted a wordmark logo that evoked an industrial look and feel.
While creating a new portfolio book, Jess Williams realized he needed a fresh Wordmark to tie his brand together. The Nashville-based photographer contacted Lindsay Thompson, who gave Jess a plethora of options to choose from after researching a number of fonts.

Recently, I had the pleasure of working with Kevin Garrett, a Marietta, Georgia-based photographer. It’s true what they say about southern hospitality, Kevin was as sweet as a Georgia peach! He came to WM looking to take his brand to the next level and we suggested he start with a new, hip and modern wordmark.
Hillary’s existing logo was bright in color but didn’t have the distinction and fun, free-flowing feel that her images and personality embody so well. So, to start off, Hillary gave me some color inspiration. Having grown up on the water, Hillary loves aquatic-looking schemes, and with her cool, free-flowing mannerisms it made perfect sense as a palette.
